Involves long, soft, kneading strokes to release tension from the deepest muscles of your body. A Swedish style full body massage. A great way to ease out tension and begin your recovery.

Corrective Massage (remedial style)

45min

45 minutes on area of choice:

-Lower Back Pain (target areas: Lumbar/Lower Back, Glutes, Obliques , ITB (illiotibial band responsible for pelvic stabilisation and posture control)

-Neck and Shoulder Pain (target areas: Upper/Mid Traps, Deltoids, TRI&BIceps, Latissimus Dorsi’s, Scapula Mobilisation)

-Knee or Leg Pain (target areas: Hamstrings, ITB (illiotibial band), Calves, Feet)

-Treat Migraines/Head Aches (target areas: Neck and should as above, Occipital, Frontal & Temporal pressure points)

Amanzi Deep Tissue

30min 60min 90min:
This massage technique focuses on specific areas of concern using slower, firmer strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle, pressure points and connective tissue. Great for pain relief and enhancing range of movement.

Amanzi Hot Stone Massage 70min
When applying heat therapy like hot stones you can choose specific areas on the body or a whole body treatment. Local therapy is best for small areas of pain, like one stiff muscle or lower back pain.

As the warm stones sit on your body, they help put you into a state of relaxation--both physically and mentally.

When your muscles are warm, they respond better to massage techniques like kneading and rolling. The benefit of the heat resting on your body releases deeps tension to helps ease sore muscles.

When your therapist is better able to massage your muscles, your experience is more relaxing. 

Hot stones help kick start your total mind and body relaxation.
